Customer Operations Representative

Job Summary The Customer Operations Representative at RXO CORPORATE SOLUTIONS, LLC is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our services. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records. Job Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions. Process customer orders, update account information, and handle service requests efficiently. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to process enhancements. Educate customers on RXO's products, services, and policies. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
