Registered Nurse - ICU

Role Registered Nurse (RN) in a high-acuity ICU setting, providing direct patient care, education, and care transitions within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Coordinate nursing care across diverse cases including cardiovascular, trauma, neuro, medical, and surgical patients. Support professional practice, lead quality improvement efforts, delegate tasks appropriately, mentor colleagues, and participate in committees or projects. Ensure effective communication and adapt to unpredictable situations. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing program, current RN license, BLS certification, with preferred experience in a relevant care setting. Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and computer skills required. Ability to work flexible hours and potentially drive a personal vehicle.
