ROMVIMZA (vimseltinib) is a kinase inhibitor approved in the United States for adult patients with symptomatic tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) for which surgical resection will potentially cause worsening functional limitation or severe morbidity, and in the European Union for adult patients with TGCT associated with clinically relevant physical function deterioration and in whom surgical options have been exhausted or would induce unacceptable morbidity or disability. Key aspects of this role include the management of the promotional, medical, regulatory, and compliance (PMRC) review committee, key exhibit planning including large medical congresses and regional exhibits, managing printing, fulfilment, and warehousing, contract management, and logistical support for commercial meetings. The person in this role will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Training, Regulatory, Medical, Legal and Compliance teams, as well as external agency partners. An effective candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, proactive, and act with a sense of urgency to pull through on critical marketing operations initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the PMRC process (30%)Effectively manage the day-to-day operations for PMRC meetings, agendas, and recapsBecome the expert and admin for the PMRC system and processPartner with project owners/agencies to ensure successful submission workflowsContinually evaluate process to identify opportunities to maximize efficiency and outputEnsure effective training/onboarding for internal stakeholders and agency partnersFacilitate Congress Planning and Execution (30%)Execute congress strategy through collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs and SalesCollaborate with congress organizations and societies to negotiate contracts for booth exhibits and/or sponsorship agreementsWork with agency partners to develop and maintain exhibits for national, regional, and local congressesSupport KOL programming including advisory boards and speaker bureau managementDevelop and implement measurement plan to evaluate ROI on national and regional congressesBuild and maintain annual congress budgetRegional Tradeshow SupportProcess contracts and pull through logistics for field-based exhibitsSupport field team in the execution of field-based exhibitsManage and Optimize Print and Fulfillment (10%)Liaise with the marketing team and vendors on printing and fulfilment needsMaintain inventory status of key marketing materials, ensuring business continuity in cost effective mannersBe accountable for production, inventory, tracking, and distribution of promotional materialsEvaluate and refine print/fulfillment model as neededMaintain print and fulfilment budgetBudget Accruals, MSAs and SoWs (15%)Aggregate and roll up monthly budget accrualsProcess MSAs and SoWsSupport Commercial Meetings (15%)• Play a supporting role the planning and execution of critical commercial meetings (e.g., National Sales Meeting, POAs, etc.)Other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsBachelor's or Masters with 8+ years of experienceExceptional understanding of Marketing Operations and project management, and marketing processesIn depth expertise in Pharmaceutical Promotional/Marketing Services and knowledge of related disciplines - Pharmaceutical Marketing, Medical, Managed Markets, Marketing Agencies, SourcingProficiency with Veeva Promomats or similar review system and strong computer aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quicklyProven ability to successfully manage multiple ongoing projects/workstreams with and without specific direction and a strong sense of urgencyExperience in print production within a pharmaceutical company or advertising agency a plusExperience with detailed meeting logistics planning required to execute NSM, POAs, etc.Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong critical thinking skills and can take a holistic view of the business in order to ensure efficiencies and alignment with Marketing and other cross functional teamsPreferred CapabilitiesProject Management DegreeExperience working on a launch brand preferredAdditional InformationDeciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $130,000-$179,000. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to depth of experience, education, skillset, overall performance and/or location.​Deciphera believes in providing a competitive compensation and benefits package to all employees.
