What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for patients across a wide range of diagnoses
• Treat patients from newborn age through hospice settings
• Deliver therapy services for Acute Care and Swing bed program needs as required
• Provide care for a high volume of pediatric patients
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient goals and treatment plans
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow facility protocols
• Adapt therapy delivery to meet the needs of varied patient conditions

What You Need
Required

• Pediatric physical therapy experience
• No new grads (must have prior experience)
• Appropriate licensure/certification for Physical Therapy (details not specified in the posting)
