Effective Communication: Communicating clearly with patients seeking care through different modalities including telephone and in-person interactions. Team Collaboration: Working with cross functional teams to collaborate on patient care. Attention to detail and follow through are key components in helping to provide the care that is needed. Minimum Qualifications Current American Heart Association (BLS) for healthcare providers. Must be obtained prior to start date This position requires one of the following: Proof of completion of a Medical Assistant Program OR at least one year of Medical Assistant work experience OR current active and in good standing RN/LPN license to practice nursing in the state of Montana Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry. Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver the highest level of customer/patient satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
