Environmental Services Tech

**This position requires every other weekend and holiday.

• Will be responsible for complete cleaning of the interior of the hospital.
• Performs routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner.
• Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure/
• Uses and maintains equipment properly.
• Transports trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area.
• Reports safety hazards as appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Housekeeping experience preferred
• Must be dependable and a team player
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to withstand long periods of standing and walking
• Must have a great eye for detail, be a team-player and the ability to multi-task
• Must be available to work alternating weekends and holidays
