Job Summary

HireFrontier is seeking a Procurement Student Intern to support purchasing, vendor coordination, and supply chain administration. This internship offers hands-on exposure to procurement processes, ideal for students studying business, supply chain, or operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders

• Support vendor research, quotes, and communication

• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and pricing data

• Help track inventory levels and delivery timelines

• Assist with cost comparisons and basic procurement reporting

• Support compliance with purchasing policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business, supply chain, or related degree program

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential vendor/pricing information

Preferred Skills

• Coursework in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics

• Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Strong negotiation and vendor communication interest
