Integrated Marketing Coordinator — Campaign Ops & Growth

What You’ll Do Serve as the operational and administrative backbone of the Integrated Marketing team, supporting campaign development, project management, budgeting, and day‑to‑day coordination Manage timelines, marketing calendars, content calendars, and status trackers for ongoing projects, and go to market campaigns Support team with campaign preparation, toolkit development, asset organization, and internal communications Organize and maintain digital assets, campaign files, calendars, and reference materials for cross‑functional teams Support early‑stage campaign development by conducting competitive audits, trend and consumer research, and marketplace analysis, while gathering insights and creative inspiration to inform brainstorming, presentations, and overall campaign strategy Support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of team workflows, trackers, and internal processes, and assist with keeping tasks organized and on schedule Assist with budget and vendor operations, including tracking campaign spend, processing payments, reconciling invoices, coordinating vendor onboarding and maintaining logs for contracts, SOWs, PO numbers, and usage rights Support KPI tracking by assisting with data collection, campaign recaps, and documentation of results What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project management, administrative support, or a related role Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to structure information, manage complex workflows, maintain meticulous documentation, and effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring follow through across workstreams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to clearly convey information to various audiences Outstanding collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships, support cross functional teams, and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack, SharePoint) Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset Confident working cross‑functionally with multiple partners, vendors, and internal teams Some benefits of joining Henkel Health Insurance: affordable plans for medical, dental, vision and wellbeing starting on day 1 Work‑Life Balance: Paid time off including sick, vacation, holiday and volunteer time, flexible & hybrid work policies (depending on role), and vacation buy / sell program Financial: 401k matching, employee share plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares, annual performance bonus, service awards and student loan reimbursement Family Support: 12-week gender neutral parental leave (up to 20 weeks for parents giving birth), fertility support, adoption & surrogacy reimbursement, discounted child and elderly care, and scholarships Career Growth: diverse national and international growth opportunities, access to thousands of skills development courses, and tuition reimbursement Salary range for this role is $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 . This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
