Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents in a long-term care setting under scope of practice for a COTA
- Implement and adjust treatment plans designed by the supervising OT, document progress, and communicate changes to the care team
- Analyze resident function and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning, including activities of daily living training and ways to promote independence
- Monitor safety, apply therapeutic activities, and adapt interventions to residents’ needs and tolerance
- Participate in care conferences and maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the medical record

Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting
- Availability for Days shift
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment in Helena, MT
