Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake | Lutherville-Timonium, MD
$44–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team at Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake. In this full-time role, you'll provide individualized therapy focused on improving residents' strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional independence.

What You'll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

• Provide skilled treatment addressing strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility

• Establish functional goals and track resident progress throughout therapy

• Modify treatment plans based on clinical needs and response to treatment

• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategies

• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation

• Coordinate care with PTAs, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required

• New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply
