Now Hiring: Inventory Audit Specialist & Inventory Control Associate Wilmington, DE Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Full-Time | Direct Hire Great Benefits & Career Growth! Inventory Audit Specialist 7am-3:30 pm $ 21.90/hour What You'll Do Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Organize and consolidate inventory throughout the warehouse. Assist with customer audits and inventory reporting. Travel between facilities as needed to complete inventory audits. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Previous inventory auditing, cycle counting, or warehouse experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Forklift experience is a plus. Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift. Inventory Control Associate 7am- 4:30 pm M-F $ 20.00/hour What You'll Do Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders. Receive, stock, and organize inventory. Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory replenishment. Maintain inventory records and support daily warehouse operations. Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred. Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts. Pallet jack experience required. Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
