Canvasser: $20/Hour + Uncapped Bonuses

Mad City Windows is seeking a Canvasser to meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This entry-level role focuses on generating interest, not closing deals, with uncapped earnings potential and a guaranteed starting pay of $20/hour.

You’ll receive paid training from Day 1 and have a Monday–Friday schedule. This position is ideal for those seeking their first job, career growth, and a direct pipeline to a career in in-home sales.
