Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Server/Bartender to join our team. This role is key to delivering excellent guest experiences through attentive service, quality beverages, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a team.
Duties
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all modifications are noted.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe standards.
- Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure bar and dining areas are clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with opening/closing duties, side work, and overall team support.
Requirements
- Prior serving and/or bartending experience preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (per alcohol service laws).
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and bar standards is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Availability to work day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
