Details & requirements for this opportunity: Well woman care, Pediatric care, general outpatient cases Schedule: Monday -Friday 8a-5p Patients per day: 15-20 Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic Scope: Board Certified in Family medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS) State Licensure: Wisconsin State License Responsibility for Mid-Levels: To be determined.
