About the Role In this position, you will: Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in‑person outreach Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation Generate interest and schedule our free in‑home product demonstrations – no selling required! Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry Use this experience as a stepping‑stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career What we offer Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses Average first year earnings: $55k-$75k/yr Top reps earn $85k+/yr Consistent M‑F schedule PTO available on Day 1!
