Registered Nurse – Obstetrics

Schedule: Nights - every third weekend

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

Active nursing license
Experience in labor & delivery, postpartum, and recovery
Ability to float to med-surg floor when necessary

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to obstetric patients during labor and delivery, postpartum, and recovery phases.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments in care as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on prenatal and postnatal care, including feeding and newborn care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with facility policies.
