Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 years First-timers accepted: (Y/N): No License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS Trauma Level Preferred: Trauma Level I & II Special Requirements: Previous Charge Experience, Epic Experience Required Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed. Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
