Occupational Therapist

CareRite Centers is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our resident-centered rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve independence, safety, and quality of life for post-acute and long-term care residents. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participate in care planning, educate residents and families, and support continuous quality and outcome improvement in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.
