ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Wesley Eckles State Farm is seeking a motivated and licensed team member with Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to join our dynamic, growing agency. We’re creating a fresh, energetic environment focused on career growth, community impact, and helping clients build generational wealth. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. 
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Property & Casualty License
  • Life, Health, Accidental License
