If you are passionate about automobiles, possess strong technical skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.8:00AM-5:30PM (M-F)$880-$1400 paid weeklyResponsibilities: - Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency - OTR tire and commercial vehicle repair - Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance - Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or safety concerns - Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability - Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task - Assist customers with tire recommendations, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service - Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environmentRequirements: - Must be over the age of 18 - Needs to be emissions certified - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a tire and lube technician or similar role preferred - Proficient knowledge of tire installation, repair techniques, and oil change procedures - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervisionBenefits: - Competitive salary and opportunities for growth - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage - Paid vacation - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Friendly and supportive work environmentIf you are ready to join a dynamic team that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for the position of General Tire and Lube Technician.
