Be part of Kitchen Guard of Orlando's rapid expansion and grow with a team that actually works like one.As the Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technician, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 fire safety standards. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown.
