ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Moby Young - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management at State Farm is required
• Must have P&C and Life & Health Licenses with CA DOI
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Newport Beach, CA.
• Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish
