Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer (805203) Job Type: Contract + Extension Location: Atlanta, GA 30308 Job Duration: 1 year + Extension Shift Time - Regular Hours Pay rate: $68.41/hr (Negotiable DOE) Interview – Web Cam Interview Only and US Citizens/Green Card /Permanent resident on W2 preferred! Job Description: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and operational workflows. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation in the organization’s use of ServiceNow. While the intent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions. The initial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and is anticipated to be renewed July 1st. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions. Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation. Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer service management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware asset management). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery. Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
