- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans within a skilled nursing facility setting
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients to improve functional independence in daily living activities
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in SNF environments
- Opportunity to work a defined 13-week contract with a consistent day shift schedule in a supportive care environment
