Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Conduct IV starts, catheterizations, and hold for lumbar punctures
• Perform central line dressing changes and hemodynamic monitoring
• Provide trach care, tube feeding, and placement
• Manage intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring and ventilator management

Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Current PALS certification
• At least 1 year of PICU experience
