Functional Analyst USAF Depot Maintenance Accounting and Production System (DMAPS)

DATUM is hiring Functional Analysts with experience in the USAF Depot Maintenance Accounting and Production System (DMAPS). DMAPS is an integrated data system established to enhance the Air Force Materiel Command's (AFMC) legislative compliance by improving management of depot maintenance costs for labor, material, and overhead by supporting the production, material, and financial processes related to depot maintenance by capturing actual and planned direct labor and direct material. DMAPS supports over 30,000 users and has approximately 200 interfaces across three Air Logistics Complexes (ALCs). DMAPS is comprised of five subcomponents/applications (1) Defense Industrial Financial Management System (DIFMS), (2) Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Industrial Material Management System (NIMMS), (3) Automated Bill of Materials (ABOM), (4) Time and Attendance (TAA), and (5) Integration Engine (IE). You will be joining a team of highly skilled Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the DMAPS Program Management Office (PMO) in overseeing the DMAPS system. You will assist in reviewing the accuracy and compliance of various policies and procedures; evaluating functional requirements and artifacts delivered by the sustainment contractor; performing Test and Quality Assurance of software releases; liaison with Functional OPRs/Stakeholders; coordinate with interfacing partners; and other PMO tasks as required. Candidates must have functional or user knowledge of one or more of the following DMAPS applications:

• Defense Industrial Financial Management System (DIFMS)
• Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Industrial Material Management System (NIMMS)
• Automated Bill of Materials (ABOM)
• Time and Attendance (TAA)
• Integration Engine (IE)

Work Location: The DMAPS PMO is located at WPAFB, Fairborn OH, which is the preferred work location. However, remote/telework is acceptable provided candidate is located near a USAF Air Logistics Complex (Hill AFB Ogden Utah, Robins AFB Georgia, Tinker AFB OK City Oklahoma)

Work Schedule: Work will be remote 3 days per week and at the Government facility 2 days per week.

Travel. Some travel within CONUS may be required but minimal. Travel will be to USAF facilities such as Tinker AFB, OK; Warner Robins AFB, GA; and Wright-Patterson, AFB, OH.

Candidate Must Have:

• An active U.S. citizenship and a current minimum National Agency Check with written Inquiries (NACI) prior to beginning work.
• Minimum four years of experience with DMAPS or comparable programs.

Experience in the following areas is a Plus:

• Experience/knowledge of the D230 MPS, DO35K WARRS, G300 LDMS, G402 EPS, Q302 DMCODB systems.
• Agile methodologies and the Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) Atlassian Tool (BAT) suite.
• Experience in formal test methodologies.
