You will lead backend services and data pipelines powering next-generation Insurtech products, partner with Product Management and Architecture, and drive modernization in a SAFe Agile setting.

Remote-capable with travel to Brookfield, WI as needed. You will guide a cross-functional Scrum team, balance people leadership with technical excellence, and advance GenAI-enabled development
