Overall Job Description
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for our clinical student support services positions. Focus on building strong relationships with potential candidates, being flexible and peopleoriented, and knowledgeable of the various facets of the recruiting life cycle. Implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging different recruiting tools and technologies, and building a network of potential candidates to create and nurture a robust pipeline. You will be the storyteller for the company and be our brand ambassador. You will ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execution of outreach recruitment strategy.
• Develop creative strategies to source passive talent.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with active and passive candidates during the recruiting process.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions through various mediums such as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), online job boards, job fairs, social media platforms, and other professional networking platforms.
• Research and contact various sources, such as community career services, colleges, internet databases, etc., to develop meaningful relationships and build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding and connecting with candidates.
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
• Conduct screens and interviews of candidates for experience, skills, and cultural fit for our openings within time schedule.
• Articulate position details and our company needs to candidates interested in open opportunities.
• Schedule candidate interviews (in person and virtual).
• Consult with hiring managers: You will become a recruiting partner and work with them to ensure managers have enough qualified candidates to make the right hiring decisions.
• Provide welldocumented recruiting reports to the team.
• Provide ongoing feedback to manager regarding the effectiveness of the recruiting plan, process, and implementation.
• Coordinate college recruiting initiatives including scheduling and attending career fairs, meetandgreets, and class presentations for clinical teams.
• Coordinate and attend conferences.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Minimum Requirements)

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience, with required experience in either education or healthcare recruiting.
• A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred but not required.
• A strong foundation in sourcing and recruiting across a variety of positions, with working knowledge of recruiting through job boards and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Facebook, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Proven success conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person formats.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to use systematic approaches to problem-solve.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and shifting demands.
• High level of computer proficiency, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using Workday as an ATS (strongly preferred).
• A self-motivated, strategic thinker who can work independently and collaboratively.
• A thoughtful and confident communicator who can guide candidates through the sometimes complex and fast-moving recruiting process.
