Registered Behavior Technician RBT

Location: New Bern, NC

Position: Part Time

Pay: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday approximately 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Hours may adjust slightly when the school schedule resumes. Additional hours may become available as our client base continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate behavioral data and complete session documentation
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
• Behavior Technician applicants must have completed the 40 hour RBT training within the past 60 days
• Previous ABA experience or experience working with children with autism preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the New Bern service area
• Strong communication and organizational skills
