Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in PCU, IMC, and Stepdown units, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Supervise and support team nursing with a patient ratio of 1:4/5.
• Respond effectively to rapidly changing clinical situations in a Level I Trauma center.
• Document patient information accurately, utilizing appropriate charting systems.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Execute emergency procedures and maintain knowledge of Life Support protocols.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact RN license in compliance with NLC guidelines.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU/Stepdown nursing experience.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Proven experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
