Business Analyst

Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst . This is a 03 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite) . Job ID:26-22377 Pay Range: $35 - $42/hour. Key Responsibilities: Review historical and current business data. Analyze customer complaints and escalations. Identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Perform risk assessments. Flag concerns and potential issues. Conduct research on customer journeys and historical cases. Recommend process improvements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare reports and communicate findings. Monitor escalation processes. Build institutional knowledge of Product Safety operations. Support future dashboard development. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must Have: Strong Business Analysis experience. Data analysis and trend identification. Excellent Excel skills. Process improvement. Attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Risk assessment. Stakeholder management. Strong verbal and written communication. Reporting experience. Storytelling with data. Collaboration skills. Positive attitude. Initiative and willingness to learn. Korean (Reading and Speaking preferred). Regulatory familiarity. Consumer electronics or home appliance experience. Power BI. SQL. Tableau.
