Job Description

The Marketing Campaigns Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. The marketing Campaigns Manager will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, aligning with sales and marketing teams to deliver targeted initiatives that engage prospects and customers. The person in this position will also play a key role in developing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to strengthen relationships with key accounts and accelerate sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy and Development – Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and other channels to generate demand and drive pipeline growth. Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to create campaign assets and messaging tailored to target audiences. Plan, manage, and report on timelines, budgets, and campaign goals to ensure successful execution.
2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) – Design and execute tailored ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts and support the sales team in closing deals. Personalize messaging and outreach based on account needs, challenges, and goals. Work closely with sales to align target accounts, outreach strategies, and reporting.
3. Demand Generation – Create and optimize lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects through inbound and outbound channels. Leverage paid advertising, email marketing, webinars, and content syndication to drive qualified leads.
4. Performance Tracking and Optimization – Monitor campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness over time. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaboration and Alignment – Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment of campaign goals, lead follow-up, and feedback. Work with the content and design teams to create compelling assets that resonate with target audiences.
6. Marketing Automation and CRM – Manage campaigns through marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Build and maintain workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation for effective campaign execution.
7. Stay Ahead of Trends – Stay informed about the latest trends in demand generation, ABM, and B2B marketing to bring innovative ideas to the team.
8. Experiment with new tools, tactics, and strategies to enhance campaign performance.
9. Compliance with and knowledge of Zoot’s Policies and Procedures, Code of Business Conduct, and Employee Agreement.
10. Achieve a service-focused culture with emphasis on delivering on-time, high-quality products and services to internal and external customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma
• 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM or B2B Marketing, preferably in Saas or technology industries.
• Experience executing campaigns or digital marketing.
• Preference – B2B

Background Check Requirement

Ability to successfully pass background screening.

Physical Requirements

All positions at Zoot require the ability to move about inside an office environment which includes the operation of computers and other office productivity machinery and frequently communicates with other employees, clients, vendors, and visitors. This position specifically requires long periods of sitting at a computer workstation.

Working Conditions | Work Hours | Location

This position will take place primarily in an office setting. To optimize team performance, the workspace for this position is typically a cubicle setting in an open space environment. It is expected that exempt employees, and specifically this position, regularly and consistently report to work on-site, at Zoot headquarters, during normal business hours. Occasional nighttime and weekend work is required within the position. This position may occasionally require travel. The Marketing Campaigns Manager position is fast paced and ever changing, requiring flexibility, self-initiative, and regular management of changing priorities.
