About the Practice Essex Veterinary Hospital will be an AAHA capable, fear‑free practicing, well‑managed, full‑service, small‑animal hospital 25 minutes north of Boston in Danvers, MA. Services will be fairly priced using the financial strength from its allied practice of Best Pets Veterinary Hospital. Pay Details Salary commensurate with experience. Option to increase pay with ProSal. Potential for future profit sharing of $30‑$70K/year. Further potential to own share of practice. Preference of 4+ years’ experience at a small animal practice, though will also consider new graduates. Looking for individuals with solid surgery skills, dental skills, excellent bedside manners, deep love of animals and a strongly positive team collaborator. Proficient in general practice and some urgent care as well. Ability to work as sole doctor for 2 days per week for 1 year or until growth in client base. Loves being in a learning environment.
