No prior machining or programming experience is required — we will provide training to help you grow into a skilled machine operator, programmer, and machinist. Responsibilities: - Assist machinists and operators with daily shop activities - Prepare raw materials for machining (cutting stock, deburring, cleaning, organizing) - Load/unload parts and monitor machine operations under supervision - Perform basic quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools - Maintain shop organization, including tool inventory and material storage - Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and part labeling - Keep work areas clean and safe, following all company safety protocols Training & Growth Opportunities: At CJ Manufacturing, we believe in investing in our employees.
