We're seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a premier employee health and wellness clinic serving a professional workforce in Joliet, Illinois . With an average of just 12–14 patient visits per day , you'll have the opportunity to deliver thoughtful, relationship-driven care in a setting that prioritizes prevention, wellness, and long-term health—not volume.

Position Details

• Pay: $70–$85/hour
• Location: Joliet, ILL
• Schedule:
• • Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Monday–Friday only
• 12–14 patient visits per day

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive health services to employees.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform DOT physicals and occupational health evaluations.
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Document care using Epic EMR and collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nurse Practitioner license.
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Minimum 2 years of Family Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care.
• DOT Medical Examiner Certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
