Steriles University Training Specialist III

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Steriles University Training Specialist III to develop and deliver cGMP manufacturing training programs for new hires in sterile injectable and device assembly environments. The role involves designing curriculum, managing learning management systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance across manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and virtual reality-based cGMP steriles manufacturing training for new hires and annual training
• Design, develop, and maintain training materials including eLearning, on-the-job training, and classroom content
• Conduct semi-annual reviews with leadership to assess training effectiveness and organizational readiness
• Administer training assessments, identify learning gaps, and document training outcomes and progress reports
• Lead training initiatives and projects that support quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Education, Business, or Technical discipline with 7+ years cGMP steriles/device assembly manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years relevant manufacturing and training experience
• Advanced understanding of training design, instructional communication, and education principles
• High-level knowledge of steriles manufacturing processes, controls, and GMP requirements
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools
• Legally authorized to work in United States without sponsorship
• Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
