Water/Wastewater Superintendent

About the Role Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience with water and wastewater construction, be highly motivated, willing to travel, and pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check. Essential Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, and backhoes. Operate routinely used tools and equipment. Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. Complete required paperwork, forms, and records. Supervise crew and stay directed on task. Obey and follow all safety rules on the job site and encourage others to do the same. Maintain good relationships with co-workers and work well with others to accomplish tasks. Physical demands include lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally, 40–50 pounds frequently, and carrying items, involving constant sitting, grasping, reaching, occasional climbing, and walking. Must be able to work outdoors and travel as needed.
