Location: Jersey City, NJ / New Castle, DE (Onsite) Type: Fulltime Salary: $115K / Year + Benefits
Business & Functional Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payments initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis between existing and proposed payment systems
- Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and functional specs
Payments Domain Expertise
- Wire Payments (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHAPS)
- ACH / SEPA
- Real-Time Payments (RTP) / Faster Payments
- Cards & Merchant Payments
Understand end-to-end payment lifecycle: Initiation ? Validation ? Clearing ? Settlement ? Reconciliation
Domain Skills
- Strong experience in Payments (mandatory)
- Knowledge of: ISO 20022, SWIFT messaging (MT/MX), Payment hubs / core banking systems
