About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Business Intelligence and Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytic and reimbursement expertise to support financial and operational reporting, strategic initiatives, and business ventures. This role involves leading a team that contributes to the strategic planning process, clinical program planning, and business development efforts. The Executive Director will work closely with various stakeholders, including hospital COOs, clinical and operations directors, and senior management in finance operations, to provide analytic insights and ensure that the business intelligence function aligns with the company's corporate strategy. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 7-10 years' of experience in healthcare planning and/or business development. A strong background in strategic and business planning, hospital operations, finance, and market assessment is essential. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, managers, and physicians. The Executive Director will also be responsible for overseeing the department's budget, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable data to support decision-making and improve financial performance.
