CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Taunton, MA. We are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who are passionate about helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence at home. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible options for both short-hour and long-hour shifts.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
