Maintenance Director

Director of Maintenance Join our team at Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Director of Maintenance. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full‑time opportunity available! Salary $58K - $98K per year. Qualifications Must have at least four (4) years of experience in a maintenance position. Nursing home experience required. HVAC certification is strongly preferred. Knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Knowledgeable of building codes and safety regulations. Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, and labor laws.
