Excellent people skills are required and experience supervising youth is preferred. Experience leading small groups and tutoring is preferred. Qualifications Current faculty, staff and/or student attending a local college or target school teacher or guidance counselor. Knowledge of and/or experience working with high school students in summer program environment. Preference given to individuals who have succeeded in overcoming economic, social and academic barriers similar to the students.
