Seeking a full-time remote Staff I Consultant, the candidate will manage client interactions, lead project teams, and contribute to deliverables in a dynamic healthcare consulting environment. Key responsibilities Demonstrates knowledge of client organizations and conducts analyses to identify market trends impacting business operations Actively participates in project teams, leading tasks and providing feedback on deliverables and individual performance Develops effective presentations and facilitates client and internal team meetings while adhering to project timelines Required qualifications 2-5 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience, preferably in a federal consulting environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Knowledge of business processes and operations within the healthcare industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
