With more than 55 years of experience and a global client base, we help organizations improve performance through learning, development, and strategic workforce initiatives.Position Summary GP Strategies is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and administration of training programs for a global client. This role is responsible for managing training logistics, coordinating learning events, maintaining accurate records, supporting learners, and ensuring a seamless training experience from scheduling through completion.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the logistics of instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning events.Schedule training sessions and maintain training calendars.Monitor course registrations, enrollment, attendance, and completion records.Generate and distribute training reports and learning metrics.Respond to learner and stakeholder inquiries regarding training programs.Ensure training information and course data are accurate and up to date.Collaborate with internal teams, clients, instructors, and stakeholders to support successful training delivery.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficiencies.Participate in project and operational meetings as required.Support additional administrative and coordination activities as assigned.Required Qualifications Experience in training coordination, learning administration, project coordination, customer service, or a related administrative role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn new systems and processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Learning & Development or corporate training programs.Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Exposure to reporting and training analytics.Experience coordinating training events, workshops, or conferences.Work Schedule Monday through Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PMOnsite, five days per week in Salt Lake City, Utah.Benefits GP Strategies offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement savings plans, and professional development opportunities.Full timePosting Date: 2026-08-26
