The Laboratory Manager will oversee Laboratory operations while promoting accuracy, regulatory compliance, service excellence, and efficient turnaround times across diagnostic testing workflows. Reporting to senior hospital leadership, the Laboratory Manager will receive support from experienced operational and clinical leaders while directing daily Laboratory services, personnel development, scheduling, budgeting, compliance, quality control, and performance improvement. The Laboratory Operations Manager will partner with friendly nurses, physicians, pathologists, technologists, infection prevention specialists, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals to strengthen patient safety and service delivery. Additional responsibilities may include supporting accreditation readiness, monitoring key performance indicators, evaluating equipment and supply needs, mentoring team members, and translating organizational goals into practical Laboratory initiatives.
