Delivery Partner

Working remotely in the PST time zone, the full-time Delivery Partner will manage the efficient delivery of services to clients, ensuring quality client service and operational efficiency across various product lines. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day delivery of products/services and maintain quality client service Implement and update Standard Operating Procedures to enhance operational efficiency Facilitate communication and issue resolution between hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and workers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience 3+ years of experience in Management Service Provider (MSP) client services, account management, or full cycle recruitment Experience with VMS platforms preferred Familiarity with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
