Sanitas Home Health Care is hiring a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for an adult patient in the home.
Immediate Start Available
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
- Opportunity for additional hours
Patient Care Includes
- G-tube care and feedings
- Medication administration
- Oral suctioning as needed
- Catheter care
- Vital signs and ongoing assessment
- Assistance with transfers and total ADLs
- Skin integrity monitoring
- Accurate nursing documentation
Requirements
- Active California LVN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Home health or private duty experience preferred
- Experience with G-tube care preferred
- Professional liability insurance (NSO or equivalent)
