Technical Delivery Manager (Scrum Master)Location: Addison, TX | On-site, 5 days/weekType: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to be the connective tissue between our engineering teams and our business partners.This is a delivery role — not a process role. You will own the rhythm of delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives spanning development, automation, and data platforms.What You'll DoRun Agile ceremonies across multiple squads (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)Own delivery commitments, burndowns, dependencies, and risk surfacing for 3–5 concurrent initiativesPartner with engineering leads, business sponsors, and product owners to translate roadmap into executable sprintsDrive transparency: dashboards, status, escalation paths, and steering committee reportingImprove our SDLC discipline — release management, change control, audit-ready documentation in a HIPAA environmentRemove blockers, manage stakeholder expectations, and protect engineering focusWhat We're Looking For7+ years in software delivery; 4+ years as a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager in a technical engineering organizationCertified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent; SAFe experience a plusDemonstrated ownership of multi-team delivery in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, or similar)Strong Jira / Azure DevOps fluency; comfort building metrics, dashboards, and executive reportingBackground in Healthcare or regulated-industry environments strongly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication — you'll work directly with senior business leaders #J-18808-Ljbffr
