Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality checks and remove damaged products from the conveyor. Transport and handle products throughout the facility, ensuring safety and efficiency. Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning and sanitizing products. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production goals. Qualifications & Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing conditions such as heat, cold, and wet areas. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in task performance. Good hand-eye coordination; ability to discern color and depth perception. Comfort working with sanitation chemicals and wearing protective gear (frocks, hairnets, gloves, goggles, face shields, rain suits, rubber boots). Willingness to work overtime as needed. Work Environment: Temperature ranges from 35°F to 100°F across different areas. Wet, slippery floors are common. The noise level is typically loud. Safety gear is required at various times to ensure protection.
