Occupational Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality home health services under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist . Key Responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy per the established Plan of Care Assist patients in enhancing daily living skills and independence Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety techniques Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Qualifications Active Florida COTA license At least 1 year of home health experience preferred Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Preferred Skills Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Knowledge of Medicare guidelines Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Benefits Include Flexible scheduling Competitive per-visit pay Supportive team environment Potential for caseload growth and referrals #J-18808-Ljbffr Affinity Home Health Care Inc
